Our Aim
Our aim at The Mill is simple but impactful: To cultivate a college-age community that worships Jesus, grows in faith, and lives with purpose.
We want this time of life to be more than just surviving — we want you to thrive in a community where your faith is strengthened, your questions are honored, and your gifts are encouraged. Engaging with Scripture, developing spiritual habits, and building friendships that last are all part of what we’re about.
Our Leaders
The Mill is led by a team of passionate volunteers and ministry leaders who are committed to walking with you through college and early adulthood - namely Joe & Sarah Steinwedell and Joe & Heather Adams. Our leaders create spaces (often in their own homes) that are welcoming, authentic, and rooted in Scripture — helping you grow in your relationship with Jesus and with one another.
